As a queer couple ourselves, inclusivity is one of our main core values. This isn’t just making sure this is a safe space to be yourself, but also to feel like yourself. We want you to feel celebrated and valued. We get how it feels to go through the waves of discovering who you are, who you want to be and all the in-betweens. Now for our straight friends, this doesn’t exclude you - in many ways you might have gone through some chapter changes too in your life. Remember that awkward teen or stressed out young adult? We’re here to celebrate the amazing person you are today!

Okay, trigger warning: school photos. Yep, we all hated them. And if you didn’t, how did you survive? We are here to heal that experience with our fun and freeing sessions!! Valerie usually tries to tell a joke, it never is funny, I crack out in laughter and so do you. Boom, the result is a beautiful moment captured without any forceful smiles or weird poses. We don’t want you to feel like you’re in a 1970’s photo studio, we want you to feel like you’re having a conversation with your best friend or watching your favorite tv show with your partner for the first time. I promise you, after your session with us, you will saying “that was so much fun” and you’ll most likely feel a bit sad too, because now it’s all over (pssst it doesn't have to be, we’re always keen on more photo dates lol).

This is going to be cringy but let me be, okay? Every love story is unique just like every human is unique. There I said it. You will see everywhere that our FIRST STEP is to get to know each other. Are we introverts or extroverts? Are we going for high key or low key wedding vibes? What are the vibes? Who is invited? No one? Great! Everyone? Let’s GOOOOO. Valerie and I value your story and we want to make sure your personality, your day and your vibes are LOUDLY captured in your photos. It all starts with one conversation with you and us and then we take all of that and help you document your story.

From doing the research, making sure we got the right permits, all the way to “what if” experts - we got you! And if we don’t already have the answer, Valerie will jump right in and start doing research. We don’t want you to stress about these strange rules and laws; it’s our job to do that. We have a list of tips, ready to share with you and will make sure that extra water is packed for that hike we are going on. Don’t worry even about an officiant, Valerie is ordained. I’m telling you - we got you!

Valerie grew up in Texas- I am sure she can map Dallas-Fort Worth out by memory. Our love for mountains gets us up to the mountains in Arkansas every second week. And nothing says more than saying I-do in San Francisco like we did in 2022. Valerie and I traveled over 20,000 miles within 8 months, that’s excluding the flights we took and our trip to South Africa. We know the best local spots, hidden gems, and trusted vendors to make your wedding or elopement seamless.
