I firmly believe that Griggs Park in Dallas is one of the best hidden gems in the city! This incredible park, named after an African American trailblazer, is always filled with lovers picnicking, dogs playing, and friends meeting up to hang out. And with the incredible skyline in the background? You can bet you’ll find us there photographing a lucky couple!
This time, our lovely couple was Sackett and Gabriella! We are obsessed with how much love Sackett put into his proposal. Like most of our clients, this was his first time proposing, so he’s not exactly the expert like we are. He was more than happy to ask us for some suggestions to ensure his future fiancée felt special when he got down on one knee.
We were able to lend him our rug, table, champagne glasses, and more! As a result, the space was clearly defined and waiting for the unsuspecting Gabriella to walk over. Once she realized it was for her, Sackett quickly got down on one knee and proposed! Her shock and joy is SO evident in the photos, and we can tell they both have a lot of love for each other.
We can’t wait to see their love continue to grow!
We used Adeline to take pictures of our engagement. It was the best decision we ever made. The photos came out great and Adeline spent the time to coordinate and come up with ideas to make our engagement photos shine. Any guys out there trying to find an engagement photographer, I recommend them 100%. They took a ton of stress off my plate.
